Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

Play Bible Games ("we", "us", "our") is operated by Halo Enterprises Limited. This policy explains what information we collect when you use bibleplaygames.com (the "Site"), why we collect it, and how it's handled.

1. Information we collect

Gameplay progress. Your scores, streaks, and which levels you've cleared are stored only in your browser's local storage. This information is never transmitted to our servers and stays on the device you're playing on.

Email address. If you choose to unlock a game, we ask for your email address. This is used only to (a) send your payment receipt, and (b) let you restore your unlock later from the "Restore a previous purchase" option if you switch devices or clear your browser.

Payment information. All payments are processed by Flutterwave, a licensed payment service provider. We never see, collect, or store your card, mobile money, or bank details — these are handled entirely on Flutterwave's secure systems in accordance with their own privacy and security standards.

2. How we use your information

We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Cookies and local storage

The Site uses your browser's local storage (not cookies) to remember your game progress and unlocks on this device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

4. Third-party services

5. Children's privacy

Play Bible Games is designed to be suitable for a general audience, including use in Sunday school and family settings. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Where a level unlock is purchased, we assume this is done by a parent, guardian, or other responsible adult, since it requires entering a valid email address and completing a payment.

6. Data retention

Your local gameplay progress remains on your device until you clear your browser data. Payment and transaction records are retained by Flutterwave and by us as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes under Zambian law.

7. Your rights

You may ask us to tell you what information we hold about your email address, or to delete it from our records, by contacting us using the details below. Because gameplay progress lives only in your own browser, you can clear it at any time via your browser's settings.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia, including the Data Protection Act No. 3 of 2021.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent changes.
