Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how we handle refunds for level unlocks purchased on Play Bible Games, operated by Halo Enterprises Limited.

1. Nature of the purchase

Each unlock is a digital product: it's delivered instantly to your browser once payment is confirmed, giving you immediate access to all 10 levels of the game you unlocked. Because delivery is instant and automatic, purchases are generally considered final once the unlock is confirmed.

2. When we will issue a refund

We will refund you if:

• you were charged but the game did not unlock due to a technical fault on our end, and we're unable to fix it within a reasonable time;
• you were charged more than once for the same game unlock;
• you were charged for a game unlock in error.

3. When we generally won't issue a refund

Since the unlock is delivered instantly and gives you access to the full game, we don't generally offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after a successful unlock, or because you found a level too easy or too difficult.

4. How to request a refund

Email bibleplaygames@outlook.com with:

• the email address you used to pay;
• the name of the game you unlocked;
• a short description of the issue (and a screenshot, if you have one).

We aim to respond within 3–5 business days.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method through Flutterwave. Depending on your bank, mobile money provider, or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to reflect on your end.
