Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of bibleplaygames.com (the "Site"), operated by Halo Enterprises Limited ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Play Bible Games offers a collection of NKJV-based Bible games — trivia, word puzzles, memory matches, and sequencing challenges. Level 1 of every game is free to play. Levels 2 through 10 of a given game can be unlocked with a one-time payment of $0.99 per game, which unlocks all remaining levels of that specific game.

2. Payments

• All prices are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).
• Payments are processed securely by Flutterwave. We do not store your card, mobile money, or bank details.
• Each unlock is a one-time purchase — there are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or auto-renewals.
• Unlocking one game does not unlock any other game on the Site.

3. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

4. Your account and progress

The Site does not require you to create an account. Your gameplay progress and unlock status are stored in your browser's local storage on the device you're using. If you clear your browser data or switch devices, you can restore a paid unlock using the email address you paid with.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to bypass, tamper with, or circumvent the payment or unlock system;
• copy, redistribute, resell, or scrape the Site's content, questions, or code for commercial purposes;
• use the Site in any way that disrupts its operation or violates applicable law.

6. Intellectual property

The game designs, code, question banks, and branding on this Site are the property of Halo Enterprises Limited unless otherwise stated. Bible content and references follow the New King James Version (NKJV) style; Play Bible Games is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Thomas Nelson or any Bible publisher.

7. No warranty

The Site and its games are provided "as is" for educational and recreational purposes. While we take care in preparing game content, we do not warrant that every question, fact, or reference is free of error, and the Site should not be relied upon as a substitute for personal Bible study or theological instruction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Halo Enterprises Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that unlock.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

We may update these Terms, the Site, or its pricing at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Zambia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zambia.
